Minh is such a friendly guy! He stayed in touch via phone to keep me posted on his location and when I should expect him. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and respectful of me and my house. Once he determined the issue, he took the time to explain what the problem was and steps I could take in the future to quickly resolve the issue, if necessary.
