I was charged $395 to run a snake in the sewer line. Devon was the technician and spent less than 40 minutes total time at my house. When he left I started a load of laundry and it still backed up into the shower but when I called to to get them back out they said they don’t guarantee their work and it would be another $395 to come back out. I was left with a hole in the front yard and still didn’t fix the issue. I eventually went and rented the 100 ft drain cleaner at Home Depot for less than $100 and fixed it in 20 minutes.
