They provide detailed photo documentation of any wood replacement ensuring customers are never over charged for work that wasn't done. Also, they have employees (not subcontractors) and there is a full time Superintendent at every job to ensure quality work and answer customer concerns. In addition, there is no down payment! They complete the job to the customer's standards then you pay for the roof. I know when the time comes and I need a new roof I'll confidently be using Professional Roof Technology!

We had several companies out to give us estimates for a new roof. Professional Roof Technologies (and specifically Forrest) made us feel the most at ease and provided ample explanation. While I know they want the business, it didn’t feel like a sales call, and there was no pushiness. We got our appointment scheduled for about a month out due to their other jobs, but when they had a cancellation, they called to see if we wanted to get moved up to just a few days out, which was excellent news. The job was completed timely, all roofers were kind and courteous, and the company even got us a last minute color change on our shingles. Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!
