Such a disappointment and waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for Sept 2nd. I never received a call so I called to confirm and they told me they were coming. NO CALL NO SHOW. Called the next day to see what happened. Receptionist asked to call me back, I never got a call. I don't understand how a business can operate like this.
After getting 5 estimates this company came through with 5 stars on all categories of service. The estimate was below all the others; the sales representative was comprehensive in assessing what the project entailed and was extremely personable and low pressured; the materials were high end; the technicians were timely, courteous, and thorough; and the administrative personnel followed up immediately after installation and registered the split units to activate the warranty.
