Hands down the best customer service from a roofing contractor. I’m a Realtor and I had a random water leak that arrived at one of my listings on closing day. Through the warranty with Lennar Joe Staubitz came out to inspect the home and try to find the issue. He arrived 5 days sooner than the lennar rep told us. I was so appreciative that he was able to squeeze us in. He was the 2nd contractor that came out to the home to find the problem. He went above and beyond to try to find the problem in a TIMELY manner. He had to bring in another teammate to do a 2nd test and they were both amazing. I was so impressed he was able to get the teammate there at the same time and not a 2nd appointment to be made!!! They explained what they were doing and why. Fortunately for them (unfortunately for me) the roof was not the problem at all. He took extra time and tried to figure out where it could be coming from.
