The Alonso team was amazing. My roof was done quickly, they answered all my questions within the same day, followed up on all the details. And having installed a few shingle roofs myself, I can testify to the fact that they paid exquisite attention to detail. Just two examples of how good Alonso's team is: 1) They used a technique to clip and tuck the overlapping edges of the 3" drip edge. I've never seen this before. It made a tight seal and looks fantastic (see pic) 2) They had 12 guys on the roof, stripped the original tile, replaced a few boards, fixed my hurricane straps, laid new drip edge and tar paper, and completely finished the flat roof section.... IN ONE DAY! Even more amazing: No one went home early. Everyone stood at attention while the foreman completed the hot-mop flat roof with a small team. The US Navy doesn't run a tighter ship.
