Bates Electric

Called to schedule a panel change, electrician was extremely late. Instead of replacing the panel he left the old can inside the wall and only replaced the inside components. The panel was sticking out of the wall. It was horrible. Also when he turned power on , there were several explosions. He clearly doesn’t seem to know what he was doing. He was shocked twice. Unprofessional. Kept cursing. Etc. The office was rude and unresponsive. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will Never use this company again. Service: Electrical panel repair

I needed a licensed/insured electrician to replace a hardwired dishwasher connection by installing a grounded outlet. I called BatesElectric on 3/15/23 and they were extremely easy to work with. The scheduler took care of sending all the documentation my condo association needed (COI, worker's comp affidavit, license) and the electrician, Mr. Yaul Perdomo, arrived exactly on time to perform the work on 3/17/23. He was responsive, attentive and professional. He finished the job quickly, he was careful to remove and reinstall dishwasher without damaging the surrounding area and he left the kitchen looking exactly like he found it. He was able to work off the dishwasher specs I sent to him for the electrical preparation and the experience was seamless and effortless!
