I purchased a Home and got a new refrigerator and needed some electrical work done before we was able to use the new refrigerator and I had minor electrical concerns. I first called Bates electrical and Taylor on the phone was very dry about my concerns and couldn’t answer majority of my questions she only perked up when telling me it was $150 charge to come out to see about the problem $150 an hour and we were responsible for parts, we booked the appointment .The day of the appointment they called and told us that they had to cancel the appointment after everything was moved around to accommodate this appointment. they rebooked the appointment. The electrician came out and told us that it would’ve been an additional charge from mileage something that Taylor failed to disclose so the electrician sat in his car out front of my house for about 20 minutes talking to the office about the discrepancy about the price and without saying anything just left I didn’t get a call from the offic

I needed a licensed/insured electrician to replace a hardwired dishwasher connection by installing a grounded outlet. I called BatesElectric on 3/15/23 and they were extremely easy to work with. The scheduler took care of sending all the documentation my condo association needed (COI, worker's comp affidavit, license) and the electrician, Mr. Yaul Perdomo, arrived exactly on time to perform the work on 3/17/23. He was responsive, attentive and professional. He finished the job quickly, he was careful to remove and reinstall dishwasher without damaging the surrounding area and he left the kitchen looking exactly like he found it. He was able to work off the dishwasher specs I sent to him for the electrical preparation and the experience was seamless and effortless!
