BATES WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $143 AND $150 PER HOUR FOR AN ISSUE CAUSED BY THEIR COMPANY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This review is not about the electrician who provided the service, but rather of the horrible customer service by Bates contact center. The electrician arrived early and repaired outlets, installed indoor and outdoor lamps, and repair light fixtures. One of the lights in particular he was not able to figure out the issue and after 5 hours the service concluded. He however recommended I try all the switches to ensure the lights were working. An hour later I discovered my kitchen, dining room and nook lights were not working and I immediately contacted BATES contact center at 2PM. The representative stated they will contact the technician and call me back. At 4.15pm I realized they never called back and I proceeded to call. This is where the problems begun.
