techs completely misdiagnosed the AC issue. They spent an hour doing I don't know what, just to tell me that the AC was better off being replaced with a new one. Your techs were respectful and polite, but either they don't have enough experience to be sent to the field to troubleshoot AC problems or you are all in together in a fraud scheme ready to take advantage of any unsuspecting trusting client. You were about to make me spend around $5500 and make me wait for who knows how many weeks without a working AC. when all the AC needed was cleaning. called different vendor and they had unit back to normal operation same day. Currently cooling and you should look really hard at yourselves and decide on what kind of company you want to be.
