Due to the age of our roof, our Homeowners Insurance required us to replace it to keep coverage. We obtained 3 estimates and decided to go with Capps Roofing due to their excellent reputation. We were not disappointed. They were extremely professional, the dumpster was removed the same day as the shingles being removed. We did not have to put up with an unsightly dumpster in our driveway overnight. The roof was completed within the week. Then, when our insurance company was demanding photographs of the completed work before renewing our policy, Capps came to our home with a drone and was able to provide us with numerous photos of the beautiful job from all angles. The owner (Blake) came out to give the estimate he was upfront with costs. His prices were a little higher than my other estimate, but I'm glad I stayed with this company. His crews came out and did a great job on the new roof. Give this company a shot when considering your new roof. They even replaced the gutters on the house.
