DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! Completely unprofessional. My wife caught the tech named Scott walking around our property unannounced, he claimed to have rang the doorbell twice and called. When my wife called the office to find out what was going on, The receptionist gave her an attitude and hung up. The tech ended up leaving the job with no explanation. The salesman James was friendly up front when my wife booked an appointment. But was totally short and rude when I called to try and figure out what had happened. Instead of offering resolution or trying to correct the issue he tried to blame us the customer for the problem. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this company. Wish I could give zero stars. Technicians are good, when they show up. The office clerk/receptionist has an attitude. They do not seem to care about their customers. In short… Untimely, rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Service: A/C system maintenance

Have called Capital Air many times for various needs from installations to trouble shooting. They once replaced 3 split units for me in one day. They always seem to have a tech waiting for my call. And never sold me more than needed, which unfortunately has become a industry standard. And i don't know them, work for them or have family with them. Always CYA and get estimates.
