very Bad punctuality don't respect schedule appointment and charge are very, very excessive I schedule and they said that Plumber called sick did not advised customer I have to wait almost 3 weeks for service don't use this company for good service I am still with no shower
This company is full of THEIVES. Do not recommend. They will steal money from you and will not try to help fix any of your problems. Avoid at all cost. Look for a reputable company. Zero customer service skills. Zero. They will take advantage of you. That I can promise you.
We have used Whitson for a number of plumbing jobs over the last three years and they have been great to work with -- despite the reviews, we have never had a problem with them -- professional and courteous.
