Called them to have a plumber try to figure out why my water heater pilot light was going out every week. They said labor was $25 then the after the fact they tell me labor was $95 an hour. That aside the mechanic reset the pilot light and didn't even try to figure out why it keeps going out. Thanks for nothing
Extremely rude and unprofessional service, I was remote due to covid and dispatch would not let me speak with the technician that was currently working at my property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Service: Water heater repair
I was given this company as a recommendation from Teco Peoples Gas. Do not use this company as they are completely unreliable. They were scheduled to come out today and when no showed up I called them and they stated they would not be able to come out until Monday. Now due to their negligence I will be out of water in my entire home until Monday. Meaning no water from Friday - Monday UNACCEPTABLE !!! Find another company quickly!!!! If i could no stars I would!!!!!!
