In November 2022, our roofing repairs were undertaken by El Mago. Regrettably, we encountered numerous concerning issues throughout the course of their service, including unwarranted email threats, improper disposal of debris on our premises, a flood caused by inadequate workmanship, and the subsequent introduction of a termite infestation to our property. Despite their affordability, it is with hesitation that we would refrain from recommending this company. It is with regret that we must state that the initial quote provided to us was inaccurate as we experienced continuous additions to the overall cost throughout the project. Furthermore, when we raised questions to the service provider concerning these unexpected expenses, we were faced with refusals to complete the project and distressing threats. We also found that the added costs did not align with the original agreement and thus caused confusion and unwarranted expenses. As such, we cannot recommend the services of this provide
