El Mago's Roofing Corp

In December of 2022 I dealt with bad customer service and dishonesty from the owner of El mago’s roofing. Incomplete work from his employees and hole made by one of the roofers left in the ceiling of my garage. When I called the office to find out when will the hole be fixed, the customer service lady stated she will call me back to after speaking with the supervisor to find out since they did not know about any hole. When she called back before tell me what is the solution to the problem, she ask to collect the balance first. OK, what about the hole and incomplete work? She said someone will come over to fix them but I still have to pay the balance first, I told her NO not until they come to complete all the work that was again in the contract. Then she asked me to text them pictures instead of management coming over to inspect his employees work before calling for the balance. Now six months later my ceiling collapsed from a leak in the roof. Charline B.

He explained in great detail the benefits of going with this company. I appreciated how through this company was with how the new gutter system will improve our current gutter water management.
