Ok, do you know how hard it is to get a roofer to assist you? Then, they don't show up, are disheveled, and you start questioning the quality or ability to do the job right.....THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH PEGASUS!!!!! Karlene in the office was wonderful and really helped me get an appointment. Yes, you can call them, and she is actually there to speak with you. Then, Antero called before coming and showed up on time. He and his team assessed the roofing issues, showed me broken tiles from the last repair job from another roofer, and then told me exactly what was needed. He also made an assessment of the entire roof (and luckily I am in good shape!). An estimate came swiftly, they made an appointment 2 days, and this morning, they were on time and made the repair. Two different roofers were recommended to me, and I had called the other first in the order I received it, and they took a week to come out to look at it, then it took me two weeks and phone calls to get the estimate, and
