The Flat Roof Specialist

I never write a review, but in this case, Luca and his crew were amazing. I had multiple roofing companies here to fix my roof and they all overcharge me and did not fix the problem. The Luca was here for two days with his crew and secured my entire roof for half of what the other companies were charging. I just want to say thank you very much to Luca and his crew. You saved my roof in thousands of Dollars.

The roof looked amazing at the beginning, all white (see second picture). However, about a year later, the roof looked really different: definitely not white, stains everywhere (see first picture), and hopefully, the roof is still impermeable. We do have air traffic above the house that is apparently causing this issue but Luca never informed us about that when he came to the house at the beginning of the project, and he saw the planes obviously and didn’t tell us how it could look because of this issue. He only gave me this explanation about a year later. Not sure I would have asked Luca to do the job if I knew the outcome as his final price was almost the same as a new roof. I think I would have just replaced my roof.

My dad needed to seal his flat roof and we came across The Flat Roof Specialist. When Luca came out to inspect the roof, he was confidant that the roof could be sealed and guaranteed the roof would not leak and be completely sealed for many more years to come. Even though my dad's roof was not leaking, Luca assured us we wouldn't have to think about the roof when he and his crew were done. Luca seemed very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of our questions. When he and his crew came out, they were very punctual and professional. Luca also completed the job during the time promised and came back a few days later to reinspect the roof in case any areas needed to be coated again. We're very happy with how to roof came out and the overall experience with The Flat Roof Specialist. Anyone thinking about silicone sealing their roof should give Luca a call.
