I am late posting this but right around the July 4th holiday our AC went out and another company claimed to "fix" it while telling us we needed a very expensive and invasive repair. We called Schmitt for a second opinion, THANK GOODNESS! Paulie came out and gave it to us straight, fixed an issue the other company created and confidently explained what was and was not wrong with our unit...a pleasure to work with and I won't call another company ever again.
Could not have had a better, more professional experience with my HVAC Installation. My service agent Jesus was honest and direct regarding price and what would be involved replacing my prior unit; which was impossible to believe it could have passed inspection.
