A lot of A/C places when you call them for a repair just try to sell you a new unit. Especially when you have an older model. Not them. We've got a work horse and the 2 times we've needed repairs, they've made suggestions that keep us running without breaking the bank. Always responsive and great to work with. I was referred to this company and they did an exceptional job! I reached out to Richard on Monday morning and a couple of hours he had a technician out diagnosing both of our A/Cs that were down. Tyler that came out was very professional and was able to get it taken care of almost immediately, he was able to get them up and running in less than an hour! Next, we decided to replace our oldest AC. My wife and I decided this in the late morning of 8/1 and by today (8/2) they were on site replacing our AC. The 2 technicians that replaced the AC were also very professional and did a great job. All around this has been a great experience for a not so good situation.
