Today was my second time using cool connections. First time was in 2019 and they were awesome. I had two other companies come out and got conflicting stories on what was wrong, with wildly different prices. When I called here, I described my issue and the guy I was talking to (Chris) actually guessed the year and model of my ac unit. They are so knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Prices were up front and reasonable. I had a different technician (Dan) today and he was just as helpful and professional. This time it was a simpler problem and he had my ac back on really fast. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Service: HVAC system maintenance
I had an awesome experience with Cool Connections from start to finish. The office personnel and the technician were informative and helpful. They stayed in touch with me while my part was being ordered and when the technician came he was well qualified and took pride in his work. He also took time to answer general questions I had about HVAC systems so it was a pleasant experience for me. I will definitely use them again! Called Cool Connections to have my AC unit looked at while every other company couldn't make it out that night. Cool Connections was booked as well but I had a house that was 82 degrees and a 2 year old that wasn't sleeping well, and sweating through his clothes. The owner personally came out and fixed my AC problems (which turned out to be more problems than we originally thought) because all of the trucks in his fleet were booked through the night. I can't give this company anymore praise, very professional, VERY fast, and knowledgeable about AC repair and maintenance. Service: A/C system repair
