Got a new system from them. Their competitor quoted the $7,000 range , but they were able to do it way below that. They installed the system in about 4 hours, which seemed quick to me. My system went out 3 weeks later. The company said they could send someone tomorrow, but thankfully the manager decided to come about an hour down to help us out. He quickly fixed the issue with the loose wiring from the original ac system. It has been working well ever since. I strongly recommend them! My ac is running 5-7hrs as opposed to 9-11 hours now. The owner from Credible AC was very knowledgeable & professional when I called to have my unit in my home checked as the. unit was freezing up & hardly any heat.He recommended a new unit as there was several leaks in the system.when I inquired about cost he was very accommodating in giving me as many discounts available & explaining all details about the newer unit.we also had our Ac ducts cleaned by this company.
