Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning

It was Sunday and hot. AC was running and running and house was getting hotter not cooler. And then the AC turned off. Came back on in about 20 minutes and then off again. I was at my daughter's house watching her 4 kids while she and her husband were working at hospital. One of the kids has diabetes and recently had surgery. My son-in-law called AC companies and only 2 called back and only ideal Conditions could come that evening. Mike arrived as promised and got right to work. He checked inside unit and then went out in rain to check outside unit. He found a couple problems. One was a major component that was bad. They will have to come back to replace that when the part comes in. But Mike did what he could to get the AC unit to function that night. He was personable and professional. Thank you for the excellent service. In my opinion, Ideal Conditions would be a great company to hire for all of your A/C needs. They were honest, thorough, and courteous professionals. My unit went down earlier this year. Tom provided my family with outstanding customer service. After finding out we had a disabled family member in the residence, it was obvious that he made an extra effort to make the repair cost reasonable for us. We also purchased a maintenance plan and had our first service on 11 August. Shot out to Russell who spent about two hours performing maintenance on the entire system. He throughly answered all my questions and made various recommendations for upkeep. This is a great company to check out. Tom responded to our initial call and was very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process and dealing with insurance. We had a new unit installed inside and out and couldn’t be happier with the work by all the techs who came out. Everyone we spoke to in person and on the phone had exceptional customer service.
