Ideal Conditions Heating & Air Conditioning

Beginning of hurricane season, it was 95 degrees INSIDE my house. I thought my AC was completely broken. I called Ideal Solutions and Loren answered the phone. She was so understanding and so professional. She assured me she could have someone come out that same day and within 3 hours at that! She even called me with an ETA of the technician. Tom arrived within the timeframe the said and he went through every aspect of my outside unit as well as my 26 year old air handler. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. He took time to explain it so I could understand and did not try to upswell me , instead he gave me a discount and 24 month written guarantee on their work. The scheduled the work for the next morning and they came exactly on time! Tom introduced me to the technician Kevin and the work began. My condenser fan motor was replaced, new capacitor and a complete pull and clean needed to be done and leak seal added. My old unit works fantastic

It was Sunday and hot. AC was running and running and house was getting hotter not cooler. And then the AC turned off. Came back on in about 20 minutes and then off again. I was at my daughter's house watching her 4 kids while she and her husband were working at hospital. One of the kids has diabetes and recently had surgery. My son-in-law called AC companies and only 2 called back and only ideal Conditions could come that evening. Mike arrived as promised and got right to work. He checked inside unit and then went out in rain to check outside unit. He found a couple problems. One was a major component that was bad. They will have to come back to replace that when the part comes in. But Mike did what he could to get the AC unit to function that night. He was personable and professional. Chris did a diagnostic on my system and fully explained what he found and how it impacted my system. He was extremely thorough and pleasant. He even made friends with my little yapping dog! I mentioned to him that I was looking for a drywall repair person. He asked me why and when I showed him my problem, he said that he could fix it for me. It took him 5 minutes to repair my issue. This was beyond his scope of work but I am so thankful that he took the time to help. Chris is not the only great person at Ideal. Anyone that I’ve come in contact with have been great.
