Jenkins Heating & Air

After placing a service call for a scheduled appointment between 5pm and 9pm the technician assigned never showed up. I called the after hours number at 840 pm to verify that the technician was coming since and spoke to a Mrs. Rachel who informed me she spoke to a “Tim” that would be calling me shortly and he was attempting to get ahold of the technician. I informed them I had a 10 day old in the house and needed service as soon as possible due to rising temperatures in the house. After not receiving a call an hour later I called back to see if there were any updates and was informed that I didn’t need to call back to verify that he would reach out to me. She then hung up on me. The manager “Tim” never called back even though this business advertises a 24/7 emergency service. The next morning I was able to get ahold of their normal staff at 0830 and they promptly responded by sending a service technician who was able to quickly service the AC. Overall experience and price was marginal

Anita has absolutely horrendous customer service. She over talks you when your trying to explain exactly what the problem is. And the reply shows just how much you value your customers. Miss Scott gave Anita verbal confirmation that I could speak on her behalf so yes Anita is a horrible representative of Jenkins heating and cooling. Now go look that up! Since it's recorded and listen to how she speaks with the customer. Thank you for your rebuttal and also lying about the customer calling back because Anita called her back to get a free unit check so you all can get in her house and try to correct the problem before legal action is taken. Miss Scott was informed to not let anyone from Jenkins heating and cooling into her house without someone present. You will no longer take advantage of an elderly person again. You guys are horrible and need to be put out of business.

Great response time and quick to fix the problem. Not having AC for even a day matters so appreciate the fix being within 24 hours of the call; especially considering the blower had gone bad and had to be replaced. Also, Tim was very professional. Great Job!
