I called on the 4th of July, because my AC was not working. Three days later, I still have not gotten a call-back. That's fine, because I found a contractor who IS interested in customer service to fix it yesterday. I will not bother calling Joe Fusco again, and I am letting folks know that he'd rather not deal with phone calls requesting service. I note he has 2 reviews besides mine... both with the same last name. This makes it suspect it's a single household... and probably one that knows him. Since the truth is, he doesn't call back. It's a shame, really, as I'd rather give my business to small local business-owners, rather than larger companies. Oh, well.
My A/C is only couple of years old but did not seem to cool the house properly. I contacted Fusco Heating & Air to have my system checked and serviced. Joe came out, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain, and answer all of my questions. My A/C is working fine after his visit. Very professional company, highly recommended!
I have used Mr. Fusco for both my home and commercial business. He does great work at a good price. He has always been punctual and professional and I highly recommend him.
