Marco Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Marco Heating and Air Conditioning for quite a few years. Our last residence (which was rented temporarily) had a very old unit and Mike nursed it along until we moved. Now that we are in our new home Mike greeted me at the door with…”I thought I recognized that name”. Once again he checked out our unit and made sure everything was working properly. Mike is always friendly, thorough and prompt. Also the ladies in the office are awesome, too! They are friendly and schedule you in the first slot available. I couldn’t ask for better service! The tech called in advance and informed me of his ETA. Once at the home he was very professional, cordial and friendly. He knew what was ordered; performed what was needed for the annual checkup and tune (cleaning where necessary); and left us will a good bill of health (hopefully for another year). This isn't the 1st time we have used Marco. They installed the unit in our new build in 2021 and, during the first cold snap of the Winter that followed, we noted that the owner's suite bathroom was the coldest room in the house. One call to Marco resulted in prompt service during which the tech took room temps, concurred with our assessment and, in the "attic," adjusted the airflow to allow more heat into the "cold room." I made my annual call to Marco Heating and A/C for the yearly "checkup and tune". The technician, Mike, called when he was 15 minutes from my residence and showed up on time. I've used this company since 2015 and never been disappointed, They're thorough, reliable and very pleasant personable technicians as well as their office staff when placing the original call for service.
