The first impression is the person answering phones. It was a good impression. The woman was clear, polite and knowledgeable. Fortunately they had an open time slot the same day. The technician was polite, clear and shared information on the AC unit as I asked , having no prior experience myself. Fortunately again, the part needed was in the van, he installed it and was on the road in 45 minutes. The price seemed reasonable to me as well. I will definitely use them again. Whew! What a relief! Air is back on thanks to Northeast Fl Heating&Air. Great 2-man team replaced the coil that went bad Wed pm. Replacement ordered yesterday, installed first thing this am. Got these guys to come up to fix an AC system that wasn't blowing cold air. They came out on time and did the work but they charged me 650 to change a capacitor. A capacitor costs 20 dollars. I wouldn't be that upset if it worked. 2 weeks later the unit stopped working again. These people are crooks. Called them and they didn't offer to fix their mistake. They said they can send some one out on Monday. Well it's Friday now. UPDATE I found out my motor is burnt out. I guess their hacky way of fixing the capacitor burnt my motor out. The motor costs 800 dollars! Do not let these people touch your system. UPDATE 2 They came out and fixed the motor which is cool but this is how they did it. It doesn't look very professional.
