Northeast Florida A/C made it easy to make an appointment right away, that fit my schedule. The tech, Kevin, couldn’t have been better. He arrived during the designated time, and was professional, courteous, and efficient. He also was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions. He didn’t leave a mess. The home we purchased had an A/C upgrade, an air purifier; but it didn’t work. Our senior community takes care of repairs, service, and replacement of our A/C system. However, since the air purifier was an added upgrade, it wasn’t covered. We had a similar air purifier at our previous home, and wanted one here, especially since we have pets. We were prepared to spend hundreds if dollars to replace the air purifier unit; but Kevin was able get it working great; perform maintenance, and save us a lot of money. We only paid the minimum service fee, less than $100! Our senior living community uses Northeast Florida A/C; and I see why. I couldn’t have been more pleased; I highly
