I actually have not received any work from Preferred Roofing yet, but they will definitely be the first person I call when I am ready for a new roof. I had a free estimate done by Richard and not only was he timely and professional but he was also very honest. I thought my roof was leaking and after further looking into, I found out it was actually my HVAC leaking. I had another roofing company tell me that it was my roof without trying to figure out the real problem. If I would have went with the 1st company I had come out I would have an unnecessary new roof and still water leaking through my ceiling. We hired Preferred Gutters to clean, reseal, repair existing gutters that were sagging, and add a run of gutters to the back of our home. They came out to do an estimate which was very reasonable. Pedro and Joe did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Danielle in the office was excellent with scheduling and communication. Rain caused some delays but Danielle called me numerous times to keep me updated with the process. The entire experience from the first phone call has been professional and great.
