From the moment that I contacted Prime Roofing and got an immediate response I knew something was different about this company. I contacted several other roofing companies and never heard back. They came out to give a quote on a roof replacement and provided the quote the very next day. The great customer service and responsiveness is what really sold me to have our roof redone with them. We decided to do a metal roof...which turned out amazing. Every single contact that I had with Mark and Andrew, along with the workers who put our roof on, was very courteous. This type of service is hard to come by these days... Don't second guess yourself... This is the company you want and need... This was the best decision we've made in a very long time. To start I used to be in construction myself and have a lot of reference for good and bad roofers. This company was outstanding. Communication and responsiveness was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and the installation crew did a fantastic job. My yard was cleaned up very well by the crew and they even sent a second guy out the day after to do a final quality control inspection and pick up any little spec of what was left. (even though there wasn't really anything left by the crew) Also, they came in about 4K less than the other bids I got. I had a bit of a complex need when adding a roof top deck and Mark was extremely helpful working with my contractor to get the job done well and communicate what needed to be done on a home in Jax Beach. I also used Prime Roofing for an investment property and they were very efficient and the roof looked great! I also give them an A+ for leaving the job site very clean both times!
