I used Reliable Ducts recently to maintain my older system and mitigate a mildew issue that was developing in my units. I have a home warranty that initially dispatched a different company to assess the situation and provided a quote for cleaning the air handler and compressor units, applying a mold inhibitor and installing 2 UV Light Air Scrubbers (1 for each air handler). Their estimate was close to $3,000. Given none of these services are covered by the home warranty, I obviously wanted to get a second opinion.
