Absolutely fabulous! Super nice guys. Repaired my issue with the wire connection for my pump/sprinkler system. I also hired them to install my security cameras. They were here for HOURS and crawling around in the attic space installing new receptacles and ensured they all worked. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage anything (as I've experienced with other companies). Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend and will hire again and again as needed.

Highly recommend this company. The technician came out as planned, was courteous, knowledgeable, repaired the noise the HVAC was making, and cleaned up any mess that was made. if you need an electrician, do NOT call Thompson Electric whatever you do... they came out to my home last week & charged me $125 to misdiagnose an issue... they wanted to come back out & charge me $2,600 to do something that would Not have fixed the issue..... * I called JEA the next morning & my issue was resolved by JEA within 3 hours of my call to them & JEA charged me nothing to fix it.... I called to let them know the outcome & was told no refund would be given & then was hung up on. no refund given by Thompson Electric for misdiagnosing the issue... I'm just glad I didn't pay them $2,600 to do what they wanted to do, that would Not have resolved my issue..
