Installed our system almost 7 yrs ago and have not had a problem since. I've called for service approx. 3 times, they're on time, courteous, and know what they're doing. DS Air installed our AC about four years ago and have maintained the system ever since. No problems with their service or the system in all that time. Until Sunday when we suddenly had no cooling and the temperature in the house quickly rose to 85 degrees. They responded promptly and the problem was fixed that day.
