Needed to have someone come and look at our AC because it does not cool completely in the house. Had someone from a bigger company came and quoted $2,620 of work to do now, $4,100 for system rejuvenate in the future, and advised us to buy a new AC in general. Called Charlie because of the good recommendations on I Love St. Pete, he came within 3 hours, explained to us throughly about what’s going on and gave tips on keeping the house cool. $185 total. I’m so glad we called for a second opinion.
Great guy. Efficient and communicated with me well and was on time. And fix our AC problem very reasonably and fair. Will use him again!
