Triple S Plumbing Co Inc

I called Triple S at their Keystone office on Monday evening after hours to get my septic pumped out. I had called earlier in the day but their schedules were full. Monday night found me desperate for service because now our septic was about to overflow in house. Jody called me back after I left a frantic message and assured me someone would be at my house first thing Tuesday morning and they were great at upholding their word. Work was completed and area cleaned up. They charged me the going rate for this service in the Starke area. Very pleased with their response and work. Out of approximately 10 other septic services Triple S were the only one that we received an answer from and a solution. Will recommend them to anyone that needs service!!! Service: Sewer repair

In response to the negative post about receptionist being rude. Please tell the truth when you post on these sights. You were told That triple s plumbing is out a couple of months for estimates. However not too busy to take your info and try to help. However they can take your name and number and call you back if they can get to it sooner. The Truth would be appreciated. However you do have your opinion . Triple S has always been accommodating and they did call me back as promised.

Would not recommend, we called triple s Wednesday or Thursday and they told us they would be here to pump out our septic this passed Friday before new years eve , Friday came so we called in the morning and the lady couldn't even give us a window of when they could come , then we called again around 12pm and the lady still couldn't tell us when but said they were coming and that they would call 30min before, so we waited.... Never called us ..Never showed up! Worst customer service I've seen in my life!
