Ace Solves It All

First time using Ace. They communicated well from the initial call. We had Bobby out to fix a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our lower level bathroom. Bobby was great in helping detect the leak and how we needed to access it for the repair. He did a great job and it wasn’t the easiest leak to fix. We had to open up the ceiling. Bobby also helped in putting the drywall back up after fixing the leak. He also cleaned up when he was done. Very satisfied with the service we received and I would use Ace again. I can't speak highly enough about the gentleman that came to fix our garbage disposal and look at our toilet. HUGE shout out to Kevin H. for his kindness and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We're considering getting a tankless water heater and water softener also in the future. He answered all my questions so thoroughly and helped me better understand my options. He gave me information about considerations I never even knew to ask about. Kevin H. is a blessing and great asset to the company. This was my first experience with Ace, and Kevin H. made it a very pleasant and positive experience!

I called to inquire about the plumbing service we needed done. I told them it wasn’t an emergency, but would like to have an appointment as soon as possible to duscuss what we would like done and to get a quote. Within a short period of time, after my initial call, they responded and said they would be here within the hour. Rey arrived on time and worked diligently to give us a quote, and after we agreed on the price, he immediately got to work, did a great job and we were very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail.
