Called a highly recognized competitor first. They took 2.5 hours to respond and while their technician was polite, he was under experienced and had the wrong info which delayed potential service until the next day. Austin reached back within 15 minutes, was prepared, personable and knew what he was doing. Also, while not cheap, ACE was less than half the price of R**o R****r. Highly recommended! I called to inquire about the plumbing service we needed done. I told them it wasn’t an emergency, but would like to have an appointment as soon as possible to duscuss what we would like done and to get a quote. Within a short period of time, after my initial call, they responded and said they would be here within the hour. Rey arrived on time and worked diligently to give us a quote, and after we agreed on the price, he immediately got to work, did a great job and we were very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail.
