7-year old system starting to show its age, Leroy came out the day we called, diagnosed the major issue (compressor died) and returned with the parts to fix within 48 hours. By far and away the most knowledgeable, professional and honest AC guy I've dealt with. Came to fulfill an appointment even though his wife was in hospital (although I asked him not to). Gave me more information about my system and home than I could ever even begin to process. Took care of everything from start to finish including clean up. Did a lot of extra work that I didnt even ask of him. Handled a very complex warranty issue regarding my coils without any involvement needed on my end. I highly recommend this individual over any of the bigger companies out there. He explains every detail thoroughly and is a master of his craft. These folks showed up late in the evening when the company with which I has a maintenance agreement had only a phone message service. I am a permanently disabled cancer patient that cannot be without a properly cooled environment. They spent an hour servicing our system and by midnight we were back up and running. I heartily recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC work. We won't be calling anyone else!
