My experience with Luis and team was absolutely phenomenal! They were very responsive answering my request to replace a chandelier and bathroom light bar. The price I was quoted was highly competitive and it was the exact price I paid. When I had to re-schedule the work due to a family emergency at the last minute, they were very accommodating. We were able to schedule the next business day and the technician arrived on time; he was very professional and had the fixtures installed in no time…they look amazing! Had the old fixtures not been in the rooms, you would have never known any work was done because the areas were spotless. My Mom who is 89 was having her bathroom remodeled by a different company. They were short staffed and Carlos from Forza came to help. He was excellent. He put in the new floor, our vanity, and toilet. He was so polite, professional, and ensured we were happy with the finished project. He cleaned up completely even down to mopping the new floor. He made a statement which really impressed me. He said “ I am treating this bathroom as if it were for MY Mom.” We would highly recommend Forza Contractors for your home project. You will be pleased. We contacted Forza Electric to get our dryer duck checked becauce the little ventilator was making a terribly loud noise. They sent an electrician without a ladder so he couldn't do any work (just took pictures). The electrician promised to return 2 days later and do the work. We waited ALL day (7am - 5pm) but the electrician didn't show up. Calling the company didn't give any results either. They said they'd send another electrician in the afternoon, but again we just wasted our time waiting as nobody came to do the work. We kept calling the company but the calls went straight to their voicemail. The worst experience ever!!! Services: Electrical fixture installation, Electrical inspections
