Honest AC

I would leave them 0 stars if I could, this company is a complete disgrace. They don't care about their customers they don't have qualified technicians, they just want to get your money on installs and hope to never hear from you again! Such bad experiences all around. From install to service, to customer service, they decide when and whom they'll answer the calls to and you can wait up to 2 weeks or more, they just don't care about you! They offer warranty on labor but don't honor it, they never run a test on your unit to find the problem they will just hit you with a price, which most likely includes refrigerant cause is expensive and you can't tell if they used or not, and you'll have the same issues as before. It always seems to be a leak somewhere, even if your unit is new!! There's nothing HONEST about this company, just a bunch of scammers, be prepared to speak anything but English with the techs. Great service! Company was very responsive as soon as I contacted them with a/c problems. Oscar arrived at my home to assess the situation and provided reasonable solutions. Oscar was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining my options. After comparing prices and services with other companies, I learned that Honest AC prices are very competitive. I would recommend their services to my family and friends.

I interviewed 5 different very capable companies! While considering I had Michael from Honest AC come and give me his offer! The financing was excellent and greatly a plus when getting a large unit! The next day the guys came and from start to finish outstanding work! Having my old one removed allowed me too see how it’s suppose to look! I absolutely made the best choice for my family! Very very good work and unit is perfect.
