Honest AC

I had an issue with my A/C unit. It was not being able to keep my house cool enough. I called their office and I was immediately provided with an appointment for the next day. This prompt service for me was my first good impression of the company, Little that I know, 20 minutes later I got a call from one of the technician, Oscar. He provided me the option of being able to look at the problem later on the same day if I was available. I immediately said yes and in a couple hours he was knocking on my door. He went up to the unit and immediately figure out what the issue was. After addressing the problem, he went our of his way, by staying with me, providing an array of very useful tips on how to keep my unit in good running shape for the future. I could not thank him enough. I would recommend Honest AC to others with no hesitation. They have fast service and very knowledgeable technicians. Keep up the good work!

I've had terrible experiences with ac companies and have been extremely frustrated with my ac unit for the past 2 years. I called Honest AC to try one more time to get my unit working properly. The guy who came out was AWESOME and knew everything about a/c units and discussed my options with me. I ended up purchasing a new unit (my a/c was 16 years old which apparently is very old), and they did the install the next day! The whole thing was a breeze, I've had the new unit for 6 months now and I'm really really happy I finally found a good Ac company. True to their name, I'm really thankful for these good people.
