I called this company after getting a diagnosis from another company about a leaky valve. I spoke to a lady and told her that I have a toilet valve that is leaking and she told me the cost for the diagnosis and the replacement would be $140. I agreed considering the previous company was going to charge me a lot more. The plumber came, took one look at it and said it's gonna be a lot more than what she quoted you and basically gonna cost me $270 because what she heard from me and told the technician was two different things. I felt like it was a bait and switch because she told me from the beginning that she would charge $89 for the diagnosis just to come there and the other work would total it to be 140.
