Was charged $250.00 for a part that was never needed and only found out because of the Manufactures notes that were given to me . They also never came and Installed the part . When asked for a refund and explaining why I was rudely spoken to and told they would send me the part and then I was hung up on from the lady on the phone . What happen to good customer service ? Service: Water tank installation

I had a tankless hot water heater installed incorrectly by another company and Anytime plumber, Andy, took the time to guide me through the steps to have all the corrections done according to spec including checking to make sure permitting had been requested. He knew his stuff; Other company rushed through permitting and sent a senior plumber out that day to make things right. Anytime went the extra mile and I'm very impressed with their experience and customer care. I got estimates for other work I need done in the house and found their pricing fair and transparent as far as cost of materials and labor. I just wish I had called them first and had the water heater done right the first time. I also would have paid a lot less if they did the job. I'm so glad that I can count on them for plumbing needs going forward. Also, Andy came out the day I called in a problem with a bath faucet that wouldn't turn on. Now that's incredible service!
