CMi has been serving residents and businesses in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties since 1992. So, we’ve been around a while. While we started in Jupiter with just 5 people and 3 vehicles doing custom home HVAC work, we’ve grown to over 120 employees and over 95 vehicles at our current location in Lake Park.

I thought they were great, and I would like to give them a good review because of the service they first provided. Then I called back with an issue five separate days in separate times and no one will return your call.. so if you have warranty work, don’t expect much out of CMI. FYI, this was a condenser coil not in the attic, not sure what or who you are talking about. But you replaced the whole unit. I have moved on, they are ordering another condenser under warranty, since only last summer when you did install.
Great customer service. My system was backing up with water and the tech that came out (Kevin) was extremely thorough and took his time to flush my drain lines multiple times using various solutions until thoroughly cleaned. Service: HVAC system maintenance
