I work for a local company and believe in hiring local... Contacted Baynard at 8 a.m about a serious plumbing issue, hoping for service that day....Was told someone could come out later that day which worked with my schedule as well, so I was very pleased..I took half a day off waiting for someone to call me, but never received that call. How can you run a business that way, telling potential clients you will come out, call them and yet you don't...Also left voice mail with no return call ...I will call someone else and when asked by my customers on plumbing recommendations.......I know who I won't be.....Thank you Baynard for your professional service.....and if you read comments before posting to your site to weed the truthful ones out....I'll post on other sites also.....

Local business that's been operating for 60 yrs. A trip to Lowe's and a trip to home depot but couldn't find the right parts. Within 5 minutes of arriving at Barnard back on the road with correct parts to put irrigation system back on line. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Reasonably priced!
