This is a great company. From my initial contact to the completion of the job. The lady who took my call couldn't be more nicer and professional. I called in the morning thinking I was going to have to wait a few days to have a tankless water heater installed. I was wrong. Within a few hours, I had a plumber (Jordan) at my place. Jordan and his trainee were professional and respectful. They completed the job without any issues. Will definitely use this company again. Service: Water heater installation

We called after water started backing up into our shower. We called and within 80 mins we had a technician at our house. Scott Rosa was very friendly and told us the possible causes and corrective actions up front. He went through the corrective steps so we knew exactly what we would be paying based on what actions he would have to take. Within an hour of him being here our plumbing was unclogged and working smoothly.

Roto-Rooter sent a technician here within 30 minutes of my call and did an amazing job replacing three shut-off valves (after I attempted a DIY on 20+ year plumbing. Did not go well.). I learned a lot, too! Very reasonably priced, in spite of what you may think about “big company” plumbers. Rafael was extremely professional and a nice guy. I’m very pleased!
