Johan came out to give an estimate on my Dad's guest bathroom, We accepted the qoute and work was to begin last Friday and be completed on Saturday. When I arrived at my Dad's, who is 86, and no one came. So I called and Johan answered the phone and acted surprised. He told me something came up. He then told me he could come on Sunday. So I drove over, my Dad was anxiously waiting, but again he did not show up. This time he was not responding to texts or phone calls. I was shocked as I called him the night before and I asked him again can you do this? Tell me the truth! He said yes I will be there! I would BEWARE of this business they are not forthright, responsive or reliable. We selected him based on past reviews but it turned out to be a nightmare. It's left my dad very upset and anxious.
