Excellent customer service. Their representative, Greg Dickey worked with my insurance company to get the best possible coverage. The crew was well organized and conscientious. All the work was completed in 2 days and my new roof is beautiful. They even laid tarps around the house to catch falling debris and nails and keep them out of the yard, then cleaned the yard when finished. My yard was spotless when they left. Greg from Collis Roofing came out for an inspection of our roof. He was a straight shooter and very professional. He wrote us up a quote that had no BS attached and he answered any questions we had. When it came to repairing our roof, the crew was on time and were incredible. They all knew what they were doing and worked like a well drilled army. We had damage to our roof in July 2019. After 3 months of negotiations with the insurance we were getting no where. A neighbor had his roof replaced by Collis Roofing and recommended getting them involved. We contacted Collis and Greg Dickey came to our home to inspect damages the next day. Greg took the bull by the horns and went to work on our claim. After going through 3 desk adjusters and working with the field adjuster the insurance finally agreed on full replacement. Greg stayed on the project to see that the insurance covered every penny. Jack Garcia, the supervisor for the replacement was on site daily and was great to work with as was his team members. The end result was a great job and a beautiful roof, finally completed in March 2020. We don’t know how we could have ever got this completed without Collis, specifically Greg Dickey!!
