Sunday emergency call out , came within 3 hours of calling. AWESOME response. The service technician, Hunter, was an encyclopedia of information as I watched him diagnose and do the repair. Had to replace condenser and relay switch. Everything was repaired and back up and running in about an hour after arrival. I want to share my experience with Frank Gay Services. I am so so happy to report that they were everything and more than you could possibly expect from a company. Jim & Eli were sent to service my issues and I was treated with respect for both me and my property and true concern for my issues and everything was taken care of perfectly. Jim was extremely experienced and Eli was learning from a great mentor. Together they were the perfect team. I would highly recommend Frank Gay Services not only for Air Conditioning but plumbing and electrical too. They do it all and that is a comforting to know.
