Jose was knowledgeable and respectful. Found the source of the odor pretty quick. He had several options for treatment, all of which were more expensive than I could do right now. So he gave me some solid advice how to deal with the mold. Jose did a stress test in the system and explained the results, everything is woods it should. I only have one small concern and that is this, when he talked about the UV product and installation cost, said we could check if I could get financing and it wouldn’t affect my credit, soft pull not a hard pull, he was wrong. It put a hard pull on my credit. So he should probably know that in the future so customers can make a better informed decision. Other than that, all was good. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Jim & Eli were sent to service my issues and I was treated with respect for both me and my property and true concern for my issues and everything was taken care of perfectly. Jim was extremely experienced and Eli was learning from a great mentor. Together they were the perfect team. I would highly recommend Frank Gay Services not only for Air Conditioning but plumbing and electrical too. They do it all and that is a comforting to know. Sunday emergency call out , came within 3 hours of calling. AWESOME response. The service technician, Hunter, was an encyclopedia of information as I watched him diagnose and do the repair. Had to replace condenser and relay switch. Everything was repaired and back up and running in about an hour after arrival.
