The specialist was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, as well as honest. The problem was only a red light switch in the bathroom that needed to be turned on ti turn the water heater on. He could have made something up and charged me a lot of money, but I didn't owe even one cent. Then he fixed my slow kitchen sink drain which he noticed while he was checking the water temperature, agIain with no charge. I will definitely call Frank Gay if I ever have an actual plumbing problem.
New air conditioner installation at my home. At the time of the signing of the contract to do work, a verbal promise was made that we would be provided a detailed receipt. After work was completed, we got a receipt that had one line item - the total of the whole job. No manufacturer, no model number, and certainly no serial number. I asked them again to provide what they had promised and they said that we purchased an economy package and that they won't provide us with this information. I have registered a complaint with the BBB and suggest others do the same if they have issues. My whole point is that if I have to provide proof of purchase to another service company =since I will absolutely NOT be using Frank Gay Services ever again), what does a piece of paper from them claiming to be a receipt and has a single entry for the whole job total mean to anyone outside of Frank Gay Services? Furthermore, they continue to battle the complaint to the BBB when they could have sent a the itemi
Jose was knowledgeable and respectful. Found the source of the odor pretty quick. He had several options for treatment, all of which were more expensive than I could do right now. So he gave me some solid advice how to deal with the mold. Jose did a stress test in the system and explained the results, everything is woods it should. I only have one small concern and that is this, when he talked about the UV product and installation cost, said we could check if I could get financing and it wouldn’t affect my credit, soft pull not a hard pull, he was wrong. It put a hard pull on my credit. So he should probably know that in the future so customers can make a better informed decision. Other than that, all was good. Service: HVAC system maintenance
