Avery Tidlund the owner of Karden Renovations contracted to do some work at our home. The initial communication was good until we signed the agreement. The original deadline for the work getting done was NOT met but they had already received our deposit so we had no choice but to deal with it. Avery told my wife that they would come and get a piece of furniture to match the stain and they did not. We came home to find the wood ceiling did not match at all. They had not started the back porch celling yet so I insisted that they come match the furniture to the stain and they did and the back celling was perfect! We owed the balance and I texted Avery and said what about the front porch. He said please pay the balance and in a week or two I will have someone come and correct the front porch. I even agreed to pay the cost of his labor to have them correct their mistake. That was my mistake to pay them. He then texted me and said that he had to lay off couple of people and would not be able

I used Karden Renovations after my friend/neighbor recommended him when I was needing to get the interior of my house painted in preparation for a sale. Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day. Throughout the course of the work there were other small tasks that needed to be done and Avery agreed to handle them and just added the labor and material to the total. He was a godsend for me in getting the home ready to list. I will not hesitate to call Avery and hire Karden Renovations for any work I need done on a house in the future!
