Not a company of their word. Mr David Smith missed appointments and said my charge was refundable if the unit was not fixed and would go to bat to have the Rannai tankless water heater replaced under warranty. No follow through on either promise and charged for his services and his response to me was "I did my work", good for you David. Unit still not working reliably. Service: Water heater repair
I don't post reviews very often, but I must on this company. Knowledgable, honest, very professional and fair. Highly recommend.
Very good company I worked there for roughly 3 months before I moved. The boss is very good man honest keeps his word does good work as well.
