Update: I've had them out and they haven't charged me for the extra calls out. They replaced a piece of my intake duct, modified my drain pipe, cleaned the underside of my coils (in other words, they are really trying to help and fix the problem without charging extra). I respect and appreciate what all they have done. Previous review: Sorry to state, but after four visits the drain line still isn’t working and the last person to come out adjusted the float switch to where it didn’t do emergency shut off so now my hallway carpet is full of water due to the drain pan overflowing. The best experience I've ever had with an AC company! Professional, courteous, HONEST(definitely a rare find), and incredibly reasonable fees! Technician really took the time to do a thorough job while explaining what was needed & why. This is an update to my original review that I wrote a week ago. I’m still giving this company five stars. The customer service this company gives is exemplary. Once they replaced my capacitor and I heard the AC start up. I knew it would not last. My air conditioner is 15 years old. The day after they replaced the capacitor I called them for a quote on a new system. I’m glad I did, because compressor failed destroyed the new capacitor within two days, Two young men, Ricardo and Zach came and installed my new AC unit. I was impressed as these men were really young. They worked so hard and had my air conditioner up and running in less than seven hours. This company actually gave me a discount because my AC went out so soon; this they did not have to do as it was not their fault that my air conditioning system failed. Thank you again Zach & Ricardo for installing my new unit. You guys were awesome. And a special thank goes to Cheri for putting up with me for the last two weeks. You d
