She also worked in bad weather when she didn't have to, to get us taken care of because our system wasn't working right after a maintenance appointment earlier that day with another technician. Lorraine is the BEST technician I have ever had, hands down. She was thorough in servicing each of my split units. She was immaculate in cleaning up behind herself. She educated me regarding the operating and care of the units. By her taking the time to explain some things to me I now understand the workings and importance of the little bit of maintenance that I need to do. Lorraine, despite being behind in her schedule, was very pleasant and took the time to explain things. Again, an awesome technician!!!
