Ethan came ou right away and made the repairs as quickly as possible. He was very pleasant and professional. He spoke highly of his company and how well they treated him, too. 1st my initial call to the company I told them the pole on the house is leaning and I couldn’t not get it up by myself. A few days later a technician came to my house and five minutes in the job he stated he had to call for help. At 345 he arrived, 350 he called the other guy at 437 other guy arrived, no work was done during this time, at 515 they were finished,. One tied a rope around the pipe and pulled, plus my boyfriend helped, the other was putting the brackets to the wall, to try to fix it, it worked but was leaning a small amount. I told them I would have been fine with that but 1st technician wanted to fix it right, no complaints there. Then the first tech that showed up tried to pull on the top of the pole and broke the weather head. They had to cut the lines and replace that part. Both were on the roof to fix it. My main thing is the technician didn’t tell me I was going to have to pay $90 an hour for each of them. I asked several times to speak to his boss he wouldn’t let m

Used Wilson for a generator transfer switch install. Cody was my technician. Doran was my POC. Couldn’t be happier. Fair price. On time, and just received final inspection approval from Polk County. Definitely a reason they have such great reviews. The recommendation came from the Polk City Facebook group.
