Although I need a new unit he was honest about my 15 yr old system and fixed it without pressuring me into buying a new one. I made a desperate call when I returned home to a 90 degree temp in my home. Michelle answered the phone and was amazing at making sure that she could help me. Very sweet and professional! The technician, Lee, showed up promptly to rescue a miserable situation. He was knowledgeable, professional and very honest about what was going on with our AC unit. They advertise 24/7 emergency service yet did not return our call (called 4 times) and left us without heat on the coldest day of the year. We purchased our NEW unit from you and you cannot return a call. Shouldn't be in the service industry if you are only willing to provide service during banking hours and especially don't advertise that you offer emergency service.
