Had a water softener installed. It wasn’t a straight forward install so I needed a plumber. Jack was excellent and I felt very confident in his knowledge and confidence to do the job with excellent aesthetic results, which was a great concern I had. He worked very hard and careful to get me the results I wanted. When I needed him to come back and check on the softener for me he went above and beyond to make sure it was working appropriately and addressed all of my concerns and offered to come back at any time. Very professional and caring. Just a great guy. Planning on changing from my current plumbing company that had a horrible and expensive plan for the install that I am so glad I did not agree to.

Very happy with the service we received from Jackie on the phone, and from Rich, our technician. It's the first time we've had an issue since Lakeside installed our unit 2 years ago.
