Hakeem was excellent, friendly personality and knew exactly what to do. Gave quick tour of house to show access and vents and he did everything else himself. Was very mindful of house and polite when explaining findings. Great service!

I noticed my AC was not cooling on the Sunday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend. I called the office number which was answered immediately by an operator who contacted the On Call Technician. Hakeem called me within minutes and it turned out he was in my area on another service call. He was at my home within a half hour of my initial call. He diagnosed and called with an estimate which was super reasonable considering the circumstances. My air was good as new in a very a short period. Eugene was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and professional. There was no doubt he knew his profession and knew it well. He came to the door shook my hand and wasted no time.
